Commitment of Hong Kong Seeing Eye Dog Services to your personal privacy protection: We will never sell or exchange your personal information with any company/organization.

您所提供的資料將保密處理，涉及個人資料部分會遵從個人資料(私隱)條例(香港法例第486章)要求處理，我們可能會使用你的個人通訊資料，向你提供義工通訊、籌募活動推廣、義工招募及相關資訊，以及用作收集意見之用途。

The information collected will be treated as strictly confidential and the information related personal date will be handled in accordance with the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong). We may use your contact information for the purpose of communications, fundraising campaigns promote, volunteer recruitment and survey administration.

如你未能提供以上資料，本中心未必可以與你聯絡關於義工申請事宜。

If you fail to provide the above information, we may not be able to contact you regarding volunteer application matters.

您有權查閱及改正我們所持關於你的個人資料。如你希望查閱、改正你的個人資料，或停止接收有關資訊；你可以隨時到本中心 (香港新界打鼓嶺蓮麻坑路300號) 或致電2628 1833或電郵至 services@seeingeyedog.org.hk。
